BILL CLINTON – CALIFORNIA’S VOICE RALLY.

On Tuesday night, Bill Clinton visited UC Irvine to lead a rally and endorsed several congressional candidates representing Southern California.  Over five thousand people filled up the Bren Events Center to hear the former President talk politics and commend Julia Brownley (Ventura), Scott Peters (San Diego), Raul Ruiz (Coachella Valley), Alan Lowenthal (Long Beach) and Mark Takano (Riverside).  All five candidates are running for Congress.

With the election less than two weeks away, Clinton also talked about his approval of the Obama Administration.  He was quoted, “After his performance last night in the debate, I don’t think he needs much help.”  Towards the end of the rally, Bill emphasized that in order for President Obama to be more successful in the next term, electing these officials to Congress is essential.

Election Day is November 6th.  I encourage everyone to vote regardless of their political standpoints.
